11/09/2009 September 23 - Information Seminar on the Fair Work Act 2009 Unions NSW have established a series of information seminars for all union affiliates regarding the new Fair Work Act. The program offers an insight into the Fair Work Act and the new Federal System with an in-depth look at a different section/s of the Act every few weeks. The third seminar in this program is scheduled as follows: · Date: Wednesday 23 September · Time: 2pm to 4pm · Topic: Protected Action under the Fair Work Act 2009 · Presenter: Andrew Joseph, Barrister – Wardell Chambers · Venue: Trades Hall Auditorium – 4 Goulburn St Sydney The seminars are free for all affiliates.
